Springboard Ops

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Springboard Ops (“Springboard”, “we”) provides AI-powered operational management for law firms, including private client dashboards hosted on springboardops.com subdomains. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or sign in to one of those dashboards.

Signing in with Google

Our client dashboards use Google Sign-In. When you sign in, Google shares your email address with us and confirms it is verified. We use it only to check that you are allowed to see the dashboard and to keep you signed in. We do not receive or store your Google password, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.

What we collect

  • A signed session cookie in your browser containing your email address and an expiry time, so you stay signed in (up to 30 days, or until you sign out).
  • Basic request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting (for example, the time of a request and the address it came from), retained for a limited period.
  • Anonymous usage analytics on springboardops.com through Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. We don’t use it on client dashboards.
  • If you use a dashboard’s chat feature, your questions are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate an answer. We count how many questions are asked to apply usage limits.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent personal information, we don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t use your information for marketing.

Client dashboard data

Dashboards show operational information about our client firms’ own work, such as the status of intake steps and the activity of AI agents. Access is restricted to people the client and Springboard have approved. Client data is handled under our agreement with each client.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our services, including Netlify (hosting), Google (sign-in), Anthropic (AI chat) and our internal systems of record. They process information only to provide their services to us.

Security

Access to dashboards requires a verified, approved Google account. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access is checked on every request.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, and you can revoke Springboard’s sign-in access from your Google Account settings (Security > Third-party apps). To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us at info@springboardops.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
